The counselor is a loyal friend, and an empathetic mentor
A real counselor is not just a position, this is a vocation. There are only seven letters, but how much meaning lies behind them. A counselor is a universal person, for a child he is both a mom and a dad, and, a teacher and even a loyal friend to whom you can turn for advice. This skill is taught in the city children's and youth organization "Tansholpan". The guys from Stepnogorsk attend the School Vozhatskogo Mastery with great pleasure and learn new and useful information each lesson. Today we will see how the classes are held and plunge into their joyful atmosphere.

It all starts with the Tansholpan building. It is not big, but very cozy
There is a morning star on the logo, which has 8 rays, which symbolizes 8 children's associations of the city and against the background of a rainbow, which means joy
The atmosphere of comfort and warmth reigns at the entrance to the building
The walls are decorated with different stars. And on the other photo shows Tansholpana wardrobe and a dance class
Going down the stairs we get into the hallway, where the sides are rooms, in one of them pass SHVM lessons.
Because of the quarantine, the guys are divided into two groups. The first one comes from 2 to 4 pm
At the lesson, the teacher Lomakina Milana Denisovna conducted the training "Children and I, one big family". They learned to trust and interact with each other.
The guitar is a symbol of the camp, it is always present in the SHVM class
On the walls there are posters of Tansholpan alumni since 2005, the most active guys are graduated every year.
The second group comes from 4 to 6 . The teacher is Laysan Dzhalilievna, she has extensive experience and has worked in children's camps for a long time.
At the beginning there is a warm-up game called "Elk". This teaches counselors how to get the attention of children.
After a warm-up, young counselors are ready for an active lesson
Knowing camp songs is very important for the counselor, so each lesson the guys play and learn one song
This lesson taught the song "Scarlet Sails"
Future counselors on songs with a guitar always sit on the floor, it is a custom for them to create a cozy atmosphere and immerse themselves in the camp
After the songs, Lyaysan Dzhalilyevna checks the guys' homework
Future counselor Dilnaz prepared a speech on "How to find a common language with a child"
The main rule is to always listen carefully to the speaker and remember information.
The next were the future counselors Alexandra and Diana, their topic was devoted to games for children
At the end of the lesson, everyone stands in a circle and shouts the Tansholpan motto "Tansholpan always shine, you lead us to success."
But the guys did not have time to leave, when they heard the sound of a guitar from the next office.
The teacher Kirill Vladimirovich decided to play in his free time and attracted the attention of others.
The entire wall of the office was in photographs of Tansholpan activists.
And also each group of SHVM made their own team posters.
The office contains all the awards of the ShVM, which they received at regional and republican rallies
